Nomination form

INSTRUCTIONS

1. This nomination form below must be completed no later than 24h00 on the 02 March 2022. Any questions or difficulties with completing the form can be addressed with the Head of Secretariat at charles.takalana@afasociety.org
2. Only Full Members of AfAS may be nominated, however, non-members maybe nominated provided an application for membership accompanies the nomination (Membership application can be done online on the AfAS website: https://www.africanastronomicalsociety.org/membership/membership-registration/)
3. Nominations of non-members will only be considered if the Membership Committee approves the nominee’s application for full membership.
4. An individual may nominate a maximum of seven candidates.
5. A separate nomination form must be submitted for each candidate nominated.
6. The nominee will be sent a message to confirm acceptance of nomination and to provide a detailed CV.
